Founded in BS 2062 (2006 AD), KIST Medical College Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Mahalaxmi Municipality-1, Imadol, Lalitpur, and is associated with the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University. The Board of Directors and its Executive Committee are in charge of managing the college. It has a separate dental facility and a 300-bed teaching hospital of its own.
