To apply, candidates must meet any one of the following conditions:
Have completed Grade 12 (Science stream) or Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized institution, having studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and secured a minimum of 50% marks or 2.4 CGPA.
OR
Have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology under A-level or an equivalent program with a minimum of 50% marks or 2.4 CGPA, based on the respective grading system.
OR
Hold a Health Science Proficiency Certificate or Diploma in disciplines such as General Medicine, Medical Lab Technology, Ophthalmic Science, Dental Science, Pharmacy, Radiography, Ayurveda, or Physiotherapy, with at least 50% overall marks and registration with the concerned council.
A candidate must fulfill one of the following requirements:

Must have minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
Eligible for related academic programs like BSc MLT from CMLT, BPharm from Diploma in Pharmacy.
Diploma in Health Science with Science Equivalence
Must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and passed with at least 50% marks or 2.4 CGPA in aggregate from National Examination Board.
Must have equivalence of class 12 Science group.
Must be registered with the concerned council.
Must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized educational institution and passed with a minimum of 50 percent or 2.4 CGPA in the proficiency certificate level or Grade 12 Science group.
or
Students from A-level or other similar programs with different grading systems should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects and passed with a minimum of 50 percent or 2.4 CGPA.

The Kantipur Academy of Health Science (KAHS) is situated in Tinkune, Kathmandu. The academy was created in 2008 AD under Kantipur Hospital Pvt.
