MBS Eligibility

The students applying for admission to MBS course must have successfully completed the BBS programme or a bachelor degree on any discipline from Tribhuvan University or from any other University recognized by Tribhuvan University.

Admission Procedure
Students applying for the MBS program must fill in the application with all details of their personal information and past academic records. The selection of students shall be based on CMAT. The test shall be based on the GMAT and GRE format. The admission test shall be concentrated on testing verbal ability quantitative ability, business and economics and general awareness. There shall be altogether hundred (100) questions in the CMAT containing 25 questions in each section. Students must secure a minimum of 40 percent in the CMAT in order to qualify for the admission.

MBA Hospitality Management Eligibility

A student must have at least 15 years of formal education, including 12 years of schooling and 3 years of university study.

A student having a Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university and a minimum CGPA of 2.0 (45% in the yearly system) will be able to apply for admission to the program.

BSc Physics Eligibility

You must have completed 10+2/A Level or equivalent (with Math) from a recognized board or university.
You must have obtained a minimum of Grade C/ Second Division.
Pass the entrance exam conducted by Tribhuvan University with a good mark to get your name on the college merit list.

BITM Eligibility

When submitting an application for admission to the BITM program, students

Successfully completed twelve-year schooling or its equivalent from any university, board, or institution recognized by Tribhuvan University.
Minimum D+ grade in each subject in grades 11 and 12, with a CGPA of 1.80 or above; secured at least second division in the 10+2, PCL, or similar program
Completed all application procedures.

Admission Criteria

Written Test:

Eligible applicants are needed to take the Central Management Admission Test (CMAT), which is administered by the Faculty of Management. The exam will adhere to worldwide testing protocols and standards. It covers topics such as Capability to communicate, Quantitative aptitude, Logical thinking, and General understanding.

The CMAT will have one hundred (100) objective questions, with twenty (25) questions in each part and a total weightage of 100 points. To be eligible for the interview, students must score at least 40% on the CMAT.

Interview

Applicants who score higher than the cut-off point in the CMAT will be considered. Only those on the shortlist will be interviewed and admitted.

BMTM Eligibility

Completed twelve-year schooling or its equivalent from any university, board, or institution recognized by Tribhuvan University.
Minimum D+ in each subject in grades 11 and 12 with a CGPA of 1.80 or higher / Attained at least second division in the 10+2, PCL, or comparable program; and
Completed the entire application process.

BEd Eligibility

Students with Higher Secondary Education Examination Pass Certificate (HSEEP), hereafter only HSE) or Proficiency Certificate Level of Tribhuvan University (PCL) or equivalent to HSE/grade 12 pass are eligible for admission in B.Ed program. In addition, they need other requirements for the admission in different major subject specialization areas which are as follows:

Nepali Education
- HSE / Grade 12 pass or PCL with Nepali major with at least 200 marks
English Education
- HSE / Grade 12 pass or PCL with English or Linguistics major
- HSE / Grade 12 pass or PCL with 90% marks in General English
- Or, candidates with HSE / Grade 12 pass or PCL must secure 50% marks in the Entrance Examination conducted by the respective department of the campuses
Mathematics Education
- HSE / Grade 12 pass or PCL with Mathematics Major containing at least 200 marks
Science Education
- HSE / Grade 12 pass or PCL with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects with at least 100 full marks in each subject
Health and Physical Education
- HSE / Grade 12 pass or PCL with Health & Physical Education
- Or HSE / Grade 12 pass or PCL with Science or Population or Home Science or Nursing and any other subjects
- HSE / Grade 12 pass or PCL without health and physical education background must pass the physical fitness related entrance test conducted by the respective department of the campuses
- The candidate without physical disability will be eligible to study health and physical education
Population Education
- HSE / Grade 12 pass or PCL with Population Studies or Geography or Economics or Health and Physical Education or Community Health or Science or Mathematics or Home Science or Civics or Social Science or Nursing or Commerce
Geography Education, Economics Education, Political Science Education, and History Education
- HSE / Grade 12 pass or PCL or its equivalent from any Faculty

Eligibility for selecting minor subject
Except science education major (Biology), minor subjects areas are open to all students irrespective of their proficiency study areas in Grade 11 and 12 or PCL. Only those students who are majoring in physical science can select biology minor. Students are required to select minor subject areas that should be different from their major subject areas.

BBS Eligibility

The applicant for admission to the BBS program:

Grades in 11th and 12th grade must be at least D+ with a CGPA of 1.8. Or,
Second-division marks in 10+2, PCL, or an equivalent grade in any discipline are the required minimum. Or,
You can also apply if you are a student awaiting your grade 11 or grade 12 results. At the time of admission, however, they must present their grade 11 and grade 12 passing certificates.

BA Eligibility

The students should have completed a higher secondary level degree (+2, PCL, or any) in any of the subjects recognized by Tribhuvan University.
Students need to appear in the entrance examination conducted by Tribhuvan University (for selected programs).

BSc Microbiology Eligibility

You must have completed 10+2/A Level or equivalent (with Biology as a major subject) from a recognized board or university.
Pass the entrance exam conducted by Tribhuvan University with a good mark to get your name on the college merit list.

BSc Environmental Science Eligibility

You must have completed 10+2/A Level or equivalent (with Biology as a major subject) from a recognized board or university.
Pass the entrance exam conducted by Tribhuvan University with a good mark to get your name on the college merit list.

BBA Eligibility

The candidate submitting an application for admission to the BBA program should have:

Successfully completed a twelve-year education, or its equivalent, from a university, board, or other organization recognized by Tribhuvan University.
Achieved at least second division in the 10+2, PCL, or comparable program, with a minimum D+ grade in each subject in grades 11 and 12 and a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 1.80 or greater; and
Followed all application requirements.

About Janapriya Multiple Campus

Janapriya Multiple Campus (JMC) is located in Janapriya Marga, Pokhara-8, Kaski, Gandaki Province, Nepal. It was established in 2048 BS with a joint venture of 14 academicians, local philanthropists, and local social organizations such as Srijana Vikas Kendra.

It is a non-profit academic institution with the broad goal of assisting in the development of talented and dynamic human resources to tackle the challenges of education in the twenty-first century in a variety of areas. JMC is affilaited with Nepal’s Tribhuvan University.

JMC has a long history of delivering good results in public education through the use of highly qualified faculty members. It is now a QAA-accredited institution on its way to becoming a Deemed University.
