About 204 ropanis of land are owned by Gandaki Medical College, meeting the requirements set forth by the professional council and the affiliated university. The infrastructure is set up in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Population, Government of Nepal's "Guidelines and Infrastructure Directions for Establishment and Operation of Private and Non-Government Health Institutions, 2070."
Ten (10%) of the students nominated by the Nepali government will receive free tuition from the college. With its proposed 900-bed teaching hospital and full range of clinical and medical amenities, Gandaki Medical College will offer first-rate medical services. The 550-bed Gandaki Medical College Teaching Hospital and Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City-9's Prithivi Chowk. Within this year, 200 more beds will be added.
