Students who have already completed—or are in the process of completing—a minimum of a three-year bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 45% marks or a 2.0 CGPA are eligible to apply.
To be eligible for the MBA program, applicants must have completed at least 15 years of formal education—comprising 12 years of schooling followed by a 3-year undergraduate degree. Additionally, they should have obtained a minimum CGPA of 2.0 or at least 45% at the Bachelor's level. Admission decisions are based on the applicant’s performance in the entrance test, group discussions, and interviews.
Applicants must submit the following documents along with the application form, available from the respective college or school upon payment of a set fee:
A completed and signed MBA application form
Two letters of recommendation
Official transcripts from all academic institutions previously attended
All academic certificates must be photocopied and properly attested. Admission will only be confirmed after completing all formalities, including payment of applicable fees. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
A new student in BBA must have completed Intermediate or Higher Secondary level (10+2) or Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) with at least 50 percent or 2.0 CGPA, or an equivalent approved by Pokhara University. In addition, the student must pass the entrance exam administered by the relevant college.

To be eligible for admission into the BHM program, applicants must have completed Intermediate or Higher Secondary level (10+2), or Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL), or an equivalent qualification recognized by Pokhara University. The minimum eligibility criteria are:
a CGPA of at least 1.80 and
a minimum of D grade or 45% (second division) in each subject.
Additionally, candidates must pass the entrance examination administered by the respective college.

Admission announcements are made publicly. After paying the required fee, applicants can request the application forms and brochures. The college then reviews the applications. Eligible candidates are notified and required to take the entrance exam. The entrance test date and time are communicated by the college. In some cases, interviews may also be conducted for final selection.
Applicants admitted under provisional or special conditions must submit all required documents within one month after classes begin. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission.

An academic session is divided into two semesters. The Fall Semester begins in September, followed by the Spring Semester in March. Students are typically accepted into the program during the fall semester.
At the start of each semester, students must register for courses from the relevant institution on their own. Only in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the principal, may registration in the absence be permitted. In most situations, a student’s nominee will not be permitted to register for the student’s course, but he or she may complete other requirements.
