• You Should Have an overall 1.6 GPA.
• Also, you must have scored at least a D+ in English, Nepali, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
• Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by Respective Colleges.

Eligibility

To be eligible for admission into the BHM program, applicants must have completed Intermediate or Higher Secondary level (10+2), or Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL), or an equivalent qualification recognized by Pokhara University. The minimum eligibility criteria are:

• a CGPA of at least 1.80 and

• a minimum of D grade or 45% (second division) in each subject.

Additionally, candidates must pass the entrance examination administered by the respective college.

Documents Required

Applicants must submit the following documents along with the application form, which can be obtained from the respective college or school upon payment of a set fee:

• A completed and signed BHM application form

• Official transcripts from all previously attended academic institutions

All submitted academic certificates must be photocopied and properly attested. Admission will be finalized only after all admission steps are completed and the applicable fees are paid. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Admission Procedures

Admission announcements are made publicly. After paying the required fee, applicants can request the application forms and brochures. The college then reviews the applications. Eligible candidates are notified and required to take the entrance exam. The entrance test date and time are communicated by the college. In some cases, interviews may also be conducted for final selection.

Applicants admitted under provisional or special conditions must submit all required documents within one month after classes begin. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission.

1. Applicants must have passed Grade 12 with a minimum CGPA of 1.8 and secured at least a Grade D in all subjects in both Grade 11 and 12.

2. Students who have completed or are expecting to complete their Higher Secondary or equivalent examination with at least a second division are eligible to apply.

3. Candidates from educational boards other than HSEB or Tribhuvan University must obtain a certification letter from either HSEB or Pokhara University, verifying that their board is equivalent and valid for admission.

Eligibility

The candidate must submit the following documents along with the application form provided by the relevant college/school, along with a set fee:

• BBA application form signed and completed Official transcripts from prior academic institutions attended.
• All degree certificates must be photocopied and accompanied by valid attestation.
• Enrolment is contingent on the fulfillment of all admission processes, including payment of all college-determined costs. Applications that are incomplete will not be processed.

Admission Procedures

An academic session is divided into two semesters. The Fall Semester begins in September, followed by the Spring Semester in March. Students are typically accepted into the program during the fall semester.

At the start of each semester, students must register for courses from the relevant institution on their own. Only in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the principal, may registration in the absence be permitted. In most situations, a student’s nominee will not be permitted to register for the student’s course, but he or she may complete other requirements.
