Students with 12 years of schooling including High School (SLC)/+2/A-Level or equivalent degree in any discipline from a board of Nepal or any other board across the globe recognized by CDC of Government of Nepal with a minimum score of 2.0 GPA or 45% or equivalent grade are eligible to apply for the program.

Presidential Graduate School, formerly known as Presidential Business School, is located in Thapagaun, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. It was established in 2011 AD with the goal of being a model center for excellent education in Nepal. PBS is affiliated with Westcliff University in the United States. The WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), a regional accreditation body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (ED), and the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), a private nonprofit national organization that coordinates accreditation activity in the United States, have both accredited Westcliff University.
