The Fee Structure at Madan Bhandari Memorial College ranges from 1-7 Lakhs depending upon the course you choose.

Admission / Eligibility
+2 Program
- You must have secured a C+ or 2.8 CGPA for Science, and a D or 1.6 CGPA in SEE or an equivalent examination.
B.Sc CSIT
- The candidate must have a +2 degree or its equivalent in science, physics, and mathematics with 100-100 full marks at the certificate level, as well as a minimum grade point average of C or second division in each subject. Or,
- A level: The candidate must have taken science courses in physics and mathematics with a minimum grade of D in each subject and 100-100 total marks. Or,
- CTEVT- Candidates with a diploma are required to have taken physics and mathematics courses worth 100 to 100 points and received a second division. Or,
- Foreign Universities: Applicants must have obtained an equivalence certificate from the Curriculum Development Center for the appropriate level.
- Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by Tribhuvan University.
BCA
- Grades in 11th and 12th grade must be at least D+ with a CGPA of 2.0 or higher. Or,
- Second-division marks in 10+2, PCL, or an equivalent grade in any discipline are the required minimum. Or,
- You can also apply if you are a student awaiting your grade 11 or grade 12 results. But you must submit a passed certificate of grade 11 and grade 12 at the time of admission.
- Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by Tribhuvan University.
BBM
- Grades in 11th and 12th grade must be at least D+ with a CGPA of 1.8 or higher. Or,
- Second-division marks in 10+2, PCL, or an equivalent grade in any discipline are the required minimum. Or,
- Students awaiting their grade 11 and grade 12 results are also eligible to apply. However, individuals must have grade 11 and grade 12 completion certificates while applying.
- Pass the Entrance Exam (CMAT) conducted by Tribhuvan University.
BBS
- Grades in 11th and 12th grade must be at least D+ with a CGPA of 1.6 with a minimum of 100 full marks, of course, each in English and Economics or Mathematics. Or,
- Second-division marks in 10+2, PCL, or an equivalent grade in any discipline are the required minimum. Or,
- You can also apply if you are a student awaiting your grade 11 or grade 12 results. At the time of admission, however, you must present their grade 11 and grade 12 passing certificates.
- Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by the college.
BA / BASW
- Grades in 11th and 12th grade must be at least D+ with a CGPA of 1.6. Or,
- Second-division marks in 10+2, PCL, or an equivalent grade in any discipline are the required minimum. Or,
- You can also apply if you are a student awaiting your grade 11 or grade 12 results. At the time of admission, however, you must present their grade 11 and grade 12 passing certificates.
- Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by the college.
For Masters
- You must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree from TU or any institution recognized by TU.
- Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by TU / College.
Scholarship
MBM College offers scholarships on the basis of three categories:
- At the time of admission
- According to students’ performance in terminal examinations
- Regular scholarship to be called by the college
The college offers scholarships to both categories of candidates. One scheme is for newcomers and the other for MBM graduates. Under the newcomers’ scheme, students who have scored 75% and above grade in their former degree are awarded a 50% fee waiver on the Registration fee, 100%, 25%, and 50% concession in the Admission fee, Monthly Fee, and Library Fee respectively.
Students with 65% and above grades are granted 50%, 76%, 25%, and 50% discount in Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Monthly Fee, and Library Fee respectively. Similarly, students with 60% and above grades are awarded 50%, 50%, 25%, and 50% discount in Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Monthly Fee, and Library Fee respectively. Moreover, students with 45% and above grades are granted 50%, 25%, and 50% percent fee waivers in Registration Fees, Admission Fees, and Library Fees.
Likewise, +2 and Bachelor’s graduates from MBM college have different schemes of grants to cherish. Students with 75% and above can enjoy up to 50% fee wave in Registration, 100%, 50%, and 50% in Admission Fee, Monthly Fee, and Library Fees respectively. Students with 65% and above grades will be granted a 50% concession in Registration and 75%, 25%, and 50% in Admission fees, Monthly fees, and Library fees respectively.
Also, students with 60% and above grades will be granted 50%, 50%, 25%, and 50% discounts on Registration Fees, Admission Fees, Monthly fees, and Library fees respectively. Students with 45% and above grades will be offered up to 50%, 25%, and 50% scholarships in Registration Fee, Admission Fee, and Library Fee respectively.
Besides, the college also offers three three-month monthly fee waivers to the terminal examination class toppers and two-month monthly fee grants to the second toppers.
Furthermore, there is a regular scholarship scheme to be called by the college. Students need to apply with the prescribed application form along with the necessary testimonials. Short-listed students will be called for the interview and the panel will publish the result of the scholarship with various schemes.
