Eligibility
+2 Science
- The candidate must have scored a minimum of 2.4 GPA in the SEE Exam with at least a C Grade in Math and science and a D Grade in other subjects.
- Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by the College.
+2 Management
- The candidate must have scored a minimum of 2.0 GPA in the SEE Exam with at least a D grade in each subject.
- Pass the entrance exam conducted by the college.
BBA / BIM
- Minimum D+ Grade in each subject of Grade 11 and Grade 12 with a CGPA of 1.8 or More. Or,
- A minimum score of second division marks in 10+2, PCL, or Equivalent in any discipline. Or,
- Students awaiting grade 11 and grade 12 results are also eligible to apply. They must, however, provide passed grade 11 and 12 certificates at the time of enrollment.
BIT
- Minimum C Grade in each subject of Grade 11 and Grade 12 with a CGPA of 2.0 or More. Or,
- A minimum score of second division (45%) marks in 10+2, PCL, or Equivalent in any discipline. Or,
- Pass the entrance exam conducted by Purbanchal University
BSc Microbiology
- You must have completed 10+2/A Level or equivalent (with Biology as a major subject) from a recognized board or university.
- Pass the entrance exam conducted by Tribhuvan University with a good mark to get your name on the college merit list.
MBS
- You must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree from TU or any institution recognized by TU.
- Pass the Entrance Exam Conducted by TU / College.
MSc Microbiology
- You must have a 3 or 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from a recognized university, with a minimum percentage of 50%.
- Pass the entrance exam conducted by Tribhuvan University.

Bachelor
KIST Bachelor’s Scholarships are given to outstanding students to acknowledge and promote academic success. There are several scholarships available for deserving students who meet the specified standards.
University Scholarships
Scholarships are awarded to deserving students in accordance with the policies of the individual university — TU or PU.
Based on +2 GPA/Marks & Entrance Marks
Scholarships are awarded to students who get outstanding results in their +2/ Equivalent-level examinations and Entrance examinations. These scholarships are awarded in the order of mark-based merit per available seat by the deadlines.
Performance-Based Scholarships
Scholarships are awarded to students who get the highest scores on their Board Exams and Term Exams. According to the scholarship standards, these scholarships are distributed in the order of mark-based merit per seat availability.
Note: If a student is qualified for two or more scholarships, he or she will be given just one of the awards with the highest value.
