Requirement
- Minimum 12 years of formal schooling
- CGPA of 1.8 or better (on a 4.0 point scale) or 45 percent grades (minimum Grade ‘D’ on individual subjects) in any +2 stream
Selection Procedure
- Computer-based test (Grade 9 & 10 General Math, English and General Knowledge | 1.5 hrs) – Waived for Batch of Fall 2023
- Presentation | 5 minutes)
- In-person interview | 10 minutes)

Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of formal schooling
- CGPA of 2.0 (on a 4.0 point scale) or 45 percent grades in Bachelor’s level
- Management Admission Test (PUMAT) conducted by Pokhara University

Performance Based Scholarship
NEB or Equivalent Result
All students who apply for admission to Ace Undergraduate School will be eligible for this award. It is based on the CGPA/percentage gained in the NEB or equivalent examination, as detailed below. This grant will be offered as a fee waiver for the first semester.

The above scholarships will be provided in the subsequent semester based on the previous semester’s results. This scholarship will be applicable for all semesters except the last. In the last semester, scholarships will be given in the form of awards at the graduation ceremony which will be announced every year.
Banking and Insurance Scholarship
This is a special scholarship applicable only to BBA-BI:

Need-Based Scholarship
Based on the applications received for Need-Based Scholarships, the School Admission Committee will make a recommendation to the Head of the Institute/Board for awarding of Need-Based Scholarships. The requirements for making any such recommendations are as follows:
An application by the prospective candidate for the scholarship in the prescribed format.
Letter or recommendation by relevant authorities which will include the following:
- Previous head of the institute.
- Local government representative.
