To apply, candidates must meet any one of the following conditions:
Have completed Grade 12 (Science stream) or Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized institution, having studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and secured a minimum of 50% marks or 2.4 CGPA.
OR
Have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology under A-level or an equivalent program with a minimum of 50% marks or 2.4 CGPA, based on the respective grading system.
OR
Hold a Health Science Proficiency Certificate or Diploma in disciplines such as General Medicine, Medical Lab Technology, Ophthalmic Science, Dental Science, Pharmacy, Radiography, Ayurveda, or Physiotherapy, with at least 50% overall marks and registration with the concerned council.
Must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized educational institution and passed with a minimum of 50 percent or 2.4 CGPA in the proficiency certificate level or Grade 12 Science group.
or
Students from A-level or other similar programs with different grading systems should have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects and passed with a minimum of 50 percent or 2.4 CGPA.

Proficiency Certificate or Diploma in Health Science (General Medicine or Medical Lab Technology or Ophthalmic Science or Dental Science or Pharmacy or Radiography or Ayurveda or Physiotherapy) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology from the National Examination Board. Must have obtained at least 50% or 2.4 CGPA marks and have obtained the equivalence of Grade 12th Science group and should be registered in the respective council.

The private health science school Om Health Campus (OHC) is situated in Gopikrishna Nagar, Chabahil, Kathmandu. The campus was first founded in 1998 AD (2055 BS) as a sister institution of Om Hospital & Research Center to meet Nepal's need for qualified medical personnel. It started with ANM training and then developed into bachelor's-level health programs and certificate-level nursing.
Currently, the campus provides Post Basic Bachelor of Nursing (PBN), Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing), and Bachelor of Public Health (BPH).
