The Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Clinical Pharmacy) at Pokhara University is a two-year postgraduate program focused on the clinical and patient-care aspects of pharmacy. The program covers areas such as applied therapeutics, clinical pharmacokinetics, clinical skills, hospital and community pharmacy, pharmacoeconomics, pharmacovigilance, and clinical research. It also includes clinical clerkships, field practice, and a research-based thesis to develop practical expertise.

To be eligible for the merit list, candidates must receive at least 50% (Pass Marks) on the Medical Education Commission's entrance exams.
