Applicants must have successfully completed Class 12 from NEB or an equivalent qualification from a recognized academic institution. They must have studied at least one subject in each of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with a minimum of 100 full marks or 5 credits per subject.
Additionally, candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% or a CGPA/GPA of 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale), and at least a Grade C in each of the three subjects. For A-Level students, a minimum of Grade D is required.
Note: The 45% or Grade C/D requirement applies only to the core subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) and not to extra or optional courses. Candidates must have studied mathematics with at least 100 full marks in either Class 11 or Class 12.
