1. Both Nepali and foreign nationals are eligible to apply for the program.

2. Applicants must have completed School Level Certificate Education (SLCE) / 10+2 or an equivalent qualification in any subject.

3. Selection is based on the merit list of entrance examinations conducted by the faculty.

   • Students who passed SLCE from NEB up to 2078 BS must have at least a ‘D+’ grade in each subject.

   • Students who passed SLCE from NEB in 2079 BS must have at least a ‘D’ grade in each subject.

   • A minimum CGPA of 1.6 on a 4.0 scale or pass division from a recognized board is required.

   • Selection may also be based on entrance examinations conducted by the University.

In response to this growing demand, many universities—both globally and within Nepal—now offer a five-year integrated law program known as B.A.LL.B. Upon completion, students earn a B.A.LL.B. degree. This program has gained widespread appeal among aspiring legal professionals both in Nepal and abroad.

The curriculum balances theoretical knowledge with practical training, including moot courts, research papers, and mock trials. The B.A.LL.B. program meets both national and international standards and aims to prepare highly competent lawyers, judges, and public officials who can serve with integrity and excellence.
