Paropakar Hospital Nursing Campus

The National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS) and Paropakar Maternity and Women's Hospital are connected to Paropakar Nursing Campus (PNC), a public nursing facility. The academic building is located at Kupondole, Lalitpur, and the campus was founded on December 12, 2016, on the grounds of Paropakar Maternity and Women's Hospital in Thapathali, Kathmandu. In addition to the clinical setting of a large government maternity and gynaecology hospital, it offers nursing education.

In 2022, the campus launched the Bachelor of Midwifery Science (BMS) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) as NAMS extension programs, replacing the Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) Nursing program. Nursing, midwifery, clinical care, community health, maternal and child health, and practical nursing education are its main areas of academic focus.
