MCA Entrance Notice 2082/083 – TU FoHSS

Eligibility:

The entry requirement for students in Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is:

• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE in Computer/Electronics/Information Technology/Software)
• Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT)
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology (B.Sc. CSIT)
• Bachelor of Information Management (BIM)
• Bachelor of Education in Information and Communication Technology (Bed. ICT/BICT)

Completed the Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum B^–(2.7) grade (as defined in the grading system for BCA, TU, FOHSSS, or equivalent) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution. Or,

A minimum score of 45 percent (for the annual system) in a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree.

  • Entrance Examination Fee: Rs. 2,500/- (Two Thousand Five Hundreds Only). During the time of filling-up the application form, student should pay through e-Sewa or Khalti by online mode. The deposited amount cannot be refunded.
  • Campus: For Only Patan Multiple Campus, Patandhoka, Lalitpur.
  • Quota: 30 Only
  • Entrance Examination (Written): 21 February 2026 (9 Falgun 2082 B.S.)
  • Entrance Exam Time: 8:30 AM
  • Exam Center will be published later.
  • Entrance Result: 22 February 2026 (10th Falgun 2082 B.S.)
