There are approximately 3100 seats for BSc CSIT across Nepal. Only around 2K seats are available in Kathmandu, and 20% of it is reserved for Quota, so only around 1600 seats are open.   1. Students can choose up to 20 colleges in their priority. 
  2. Students can fill the priority form from Kartik 24 (10:00 AM) to Kartik 29 (5:00 PM).


Important Instructions for Priority Form (Preference Form) Filling

a) Examinees should carefully read the following instructions before filling out the Priority Form.

b) Examinees must first download their Score Sheet and check their obtained Score and Rank.

c) Information regarding the names of campuses/colleges conducting the B.Sc. CSIT program and the number of seats available under the university quota can be found at:

d) Examinees must fill the Priority Form based on their obtained Rank.

  • The form should be filled in order of preference for the campuses/colleges where the B.Sc. CSIT program is conducted.

  • For example: First preference, second preference, third preference, and so on, should be listed according to the examineeโ€™s interest and obtained Rank.

  • The details of the institutions conducting the B.Sc. CSIT program and the rules for filling the Priority Form are available at:

    e) Examinees should select the suitable campuses/colleges for admission according to their obtained Rank and Score, and submit the Priority Form accordingly.

f) Each examinee can fill up to a maximum of 20 campuses/colleges in the Priority Form (from highest to lowest preference).

g) Only those examinees who have passed the entrance examination are eligible to fill out the Priority Form for the participating campuses/colleges.

h) Examinees do not need to pay any extra fee to fill the Priority Form.

  • The Product ID/Voucher Code used during the entrance examination form submission must also be used while filling the Priority Form.

  • Without this code, the form cannot be submitted.

i) The Priority Form can be filled and submitted online from Kartik 24, 2082 (November 9, 2025) at 10:00 AM to Mangsir 4, 2082 (November 20, 2025) at 4:00 PM.

j) Once the Priority Form is submitted/confirmed, it cannot be edited or changed under any circumstances.

  • Therefore, examinees are advised to carefully review their filled form before final submission.
