Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 or second division marks.
    OR

  • Have successfully completed at least 12 years of schooling (+2 or equivalent) followed by a minimum three-year Bachelor’s degree in any academic discipline from a university recognized by Tribhuvan University (TU), with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 or second division marks.


Admission Process

The academy will conduct an admission test to assess and shortlist candidates. The selection process includes the following stages:

1. Group Discussion
Applicants will participate in a discussion on a specific topic. A panel will evaluate their performance based on leadership qualities, logical reasoning, and presentation skills.

2. Personal Interview
Candidates will be assessed through a one-on-one interview to evaluate their motivation, attitude, and ability to handle the demands of the program.
