The Bachelor of Social Sciences (BoSS) curriculum at Kathmandu University, which focuses on the dynamics of modern Nepalese and worldwide societies, was created for the holistic study of societies. Over the course of four years, this "semester system" program is divided into eight semesters. There are sixteen weeks of intense study—both theoretical and practical—per semester. A 3-credit internship and a 6-credit project make up the course's 128 credit hours.
