Students seeking admission to the Master of Public Administration program must have successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from an institute or university recognized by Purbanchal University.
In New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, there is a private graduate school called Kasthamandap School of Public Affairs Management (KaSPAM). It was founded in 2059 BS with the goal of training professionals for Nepal's governmental sector, public businesses, academic institutions, and nonprofits. The school specialises on teaching management and public administration and is connected to Purbanchal University.
In order to advance knowledge and abilities in public administration, public policy, development management, fiscal administration, human resource management, and governance, KaSPAM provides a Master of Public Administration (MPA) program. Research methodology, administrative law, public policy, development administration, internship, specialisation courses, and a thesis are all part of the four-semester curriculum.
